Shipping & Tracking FAQ
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed for shipping within 12 hours of being placed. Processing time is not delivery time.
Large dildos have a published delivery estimate of 3–6 weeks. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day, so please plan accordingly.
Where can I send a gag gift?
Our Terms of Use require home-address delivery to an adult recipient who will welcome the joke. Do not send gifts to workplaces or use the service to harass anyone.
How does anonymous delivery work?
The sender is listed as Dick in the mail. Anonymity is subject to the conditions in our Terms of Use, including provisions concerning harassment and misuse.
When will tracking update?
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as they are assigned. Carrier tracking may take 7–11 business days after fulfillment to show your order’s progress.
We use FedEx, USPS and Cainiao. Check your number with each of the carriers below before contacting support:
